This concerns whether the previously obtained diploma is of the same level of qualification (Associate Degree or Bachelor’s) as the programme you are currently enrolling in. So a previously obtained AD diploma when you are enrolling in an AD programme, or a previously obtained Bachelor's degree when you are enrolling in a Bachelor's degree programme. This concerns Associate Degrees, Bachelor’s degrees or equivalent diplomas (see Article 7.45a, paragraphs 7 and 8) as recorded in BRON.
